It announced a handset in 2008, October with the name IPAQ Data and it was launched in 2009, March. Its size is 114 x 57 x 17.4 mm and its weight is 160 g. Size of its colored display is 240 x 320 pixels, 2.81 inches that supports the 56K colors. Its display is resistive touch screen. Its key board is full QWERTY. It can work within the 2G network of GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 and 3G network of HSDPA 900 / 1900 / 2100.

In sound features it offers the facilities of downloadable polyphonic, MP3 and AAC ringtones. Speakerphones are also offered in this handset. It offers very good memory status as its internal RAM is 128 MB while ROM is 256 MB. Its card slot capacity is micro SD, up to 8 GB.  It can save the unlimited entries in the phonebook with the facility of photo call. It can also save the record of unlimited calls in the call logs.

Its GPRS is Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32 – 48 kbps and EDGE is Class 10, 236.8 kbps, 3G of HSDPA, 7.2 Mbps and HSUPA, 2 Mbps and WLAN of Wi-Fi 802.11b/g.  It has Bluetooth of 2.0 with A2DP while its USB port is v2.0 micro USB. It has good resulted camera with the options for video recording. The capacity of its primary camera is 3.15 MP, 2048 x 1536 pixels, autofocus and LED flash.

Users can avail the facility of internet on this handset as well as all other features. Its browsing is WAP 2.0/XHTML, HTML (Pocket IE). In messaging users can avail the services of SMS (threaded view), MMS, Email and instant messaging. It was launched in blue color only. Some of its other important features are following:
