Game Play

In angry birds, players control a flock of multi-colored birds that are struggling to salvage eggs that are stolen by the groups of hungry green pigs. On each level, pigs are provided with shelters made of different materials such as wood, ice and stone. The main object of this game is to eradicate all pigs in each level.

Player uses a slingshot to launch the birds to hit the pigs directly or to destroy the shelter of pigs. Angry bird game consists of several stages and in various stages of game some additional objects such as explosive crates and rocks are found in the structures. These can be used in conjunction with the birds to destroy hard-to-reach pigs. Several different types of colorful birds are used in this game. In earlier level, the basic red colored bird is only provided to player but as the player advances through the game, the additional types and colors of birds are granted. Each bird has specific effectiveness against particular materials. The player can activate these abilities after the bird has been launched.

Blue color bird can separate into three small birds, a black color bird can explodes and a white bird can drop explosive eggs. Pigs are also appeared in different sizes. Small size pigs are weak and can easily destroy with just one hit or by fragments from the damaged structures. The larger sized pigs have more resistance ability against damage. Some pigs wear helmets as armor that serves as resistant shield against damage. Each game level starts with the number, types and order of birds. The next level will unlock after defeating all pigs of the level. Points are calculated for each pig defeated as well as for damage or destruction of structure. The bonus points are also awarded for unused birds.

After completing each level the player will receive one, two or three stars depending on the level score. Player can unlock levels as many times as he/she wish in order to earn better stars.
